At Foster Care Help, we aim to provide an additional support system directly to Foster Care Providers like yourself.
We know that as Foster Care Providers ourselves, that you have chosen to literally "Signed Up" to hurt on a daily basis, so that others do not.
One of the most common misunderstandings about Foster Care Providers is that you are well paid, and all the children's needs are 100% covered for you. This is far from the truth, and the fact that being a Foster Care Provider is not profitable is absolutely OK, there should never be a money motivation in Foster Care, or the level of care could be less than genuine and authentic.
The vast majority of those signing up to provide Children a Fostering home, are doing so from the kindness in their hearts and directly from their pockets.
For as little as $26 per day that most receive for fostering a child, you are somehow expected to, with very little notice, cover their food, shelter, clothing, diapers, time and fuel to and from family visitations twice weekly or more, time and fuel to various medical and governmental appointments, time and fuel to and from counseling sessions, and somehow still find something left over to help buy toys, or to take them somewhere entertaining to distract their minds from what is going on around them. In short, Foster Care Help Inc. UNDERSTANDS FULLY what you are giving up for these children and appreciate what you do, this understanding is what has driven us to start Foster Care Help Inc. to provide you and your family with as much support as we possibly can.
As Foster Care Providers ourselves, Foster Care Help was born from a constant thought of wanting to dig deeper into and becoming as involved in the Foster Care Community as we possibly can. By forming this support organization for Foster Care Providers like yourself, who have opened their homes and hearts to children in need, and it is our hope to see our mission and vision serve those who serve others.

HOW TO APPLY FOR FOSTER CARE HELP ASSISTANCE
NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE
At this time, Foster Care Help is not set up to receive or process assistance requests via phone call.
We do have limited resources, including funding and the money that it costs ($1200 per week) to have someone at a desk 10 hours a day 6 days per week serves our organization and the families we provide for much more effectively by spending those dollars on items we gift directly to Foster Care Families.
Currently the ONLY way to get signed up for Foster Care Help is to fill out an online request form, or to email us at hello@fostercarehelp.com.
Please know that phone call requests are very likely to not be replied to or returned due to a current shortage of volunteers to process the inbound calls.
Once you submit your application for assistance, we will contact you at the email you provide to us for a fast and easy verification process to ensure that our services go to only State Licensed Foster Care Providers.
After you pass the verification and are signed up you will be provided with a direct contact phone number to call, but only after you have been assigned an account number and a personal Foster Care Help Advocate.
