Donation Items for Foster Care

** All items must be NEW or LIKE-NEW Condition **

Clothing - All Sizes Infant through Adult

Personal Hygiene - All Items

Toys - All Ages

Infants - Diapers, Wipes, Bottles, Formula, Foods, etc., must be Un-Opened and Un-Used and within Expiration Dates Please

Comfort Items - Bedding, Pillows, Blankets, and Anything Comfort Related

Entertainment - Headphones, Video Games, Laptops, Tablets, Televisions, Activity Books, Puzzles, etc.

Gift Cards - Places to Go and Things to Do that help strengthen meaningful bonds between children in the foster care system and their foster families.

Luggage & Backpacks - Too often we see children transitioning from home to home with only see-thru plastic Wal-Mart bags to carry their personal items. Luggage provides them with some privacy and dignity during these transitions.

Other - If you have items to donate that cannot be directly used by our families, we often can auction or sell them to raise the necessary funds for items desperately needed for foster care donations.

Prayer - Please pray for Foster Care Help Program(s) to be a beacon of light for those in need. Pray for the fostering parents receiving donated items to have some of their stressors alleviated. Pray for the children receiving these items to come to know Jesus and understand that the acts of kindness they experience through your support and our work are genuine acts of kindness. Finally, pray for the guidance and wisdom of our leadership and volunteers in our daily operations and logistics at Foster Care Help Inc., so that we can truly serve others and conduct ourselves and the organization in a manner that pleases God.

** When items below indicate 100% BRAND NEW, please understand that 'Like New' or 'Gently Used' cannot be accepted due to the Ohio Health Department's request to prevent the spread of known issues in Ohio. If you donate them, they will be destroyed and unused. This is important for those looking to make foster care donations, as we want to ensure the safety and well-being of children in need. **

Items needed for foster care include:

- Mattresses - Unless 100% Brand New and Un-Used

- Pillows or other Bedding - Unless 100% Brand New and Un-Used

- Stuffed Animals - No Stuffed Animals Please

- Anything That is Torn or Damaged In Any Way
